Hello Everyone! Welcome back.
I plan on covering multiple topics of mental health, mental health awareness, and those struggling everyday. Even though scholars have added this topic to the everyday discussion, It needs so much more attention, effort, and intense research. Many people who struggle with mental illness are ashamed and don't seek treatment, which mean they suffer alone. Mental illness is very real and the topic needs to be discussed. Don't get me wrong! If I am being extremely honest, which I stride to be, I loathe my mental health and I am extremely embarrassed of it. Nevertheless, if I can just help one person that deals with mental illness, then I have done enough.

I currently suffer from General Anxiety Disorder, Major Depression Disorder, and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, which causes me to fall into a intensive depression state that causes suicidal thoughts before starting my menstrual cycle.
My symptoms from PMDD include mood swings, depression, irritability, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, increased appetite, cramps and bloating.
I also suffer from learning disabilities including Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder ,and Dyslexic . Even though these disorders are not mental illness, the day to day struggles make depression and anxiety worst.
Unrelated to mental illness, I also suffer from Chronic Hives, Polycystic Ovary syndrome, Endometriosis and I have a Speech Impediment, which also make my depression and anxiety worst.
While Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is not a mental illness, I have every single symptom that comes with PCOS, which includes depression, anxiety, eating disorder, infrequent periods, acne, production of male hormones which cause: facial hair, weight gain, and unbearable menstrual cramps.
I’ve have had surgery to have endometriosis removed from my ovaries, which isn't a permanent solution.
Most of the listed conditions have medications that can lessen the serverity of my symptoms. While I do take a lot of medications, I refuse to be doped up, become dependent or addicted to medications.
As you can imagine, these conditions make my life a living hell. But,with prayer, medications,my personal coping methods, an positive attitude and Bailey, I will not let these conditions conquor me.

I try to stay as proactive as possible when dealing with my illnesses. I use prayer, mild medications, herbal therapy including essential oils, a personal therapist, and I have an emotional support dog.

Bailey is my Emotional Support Animal. That titles lets him go most places with me, besides work and into restaurants. Bailey is seven months old, so for the most part, he is still being trained.

ATTENTION: If you are considering getting an Emotional Support Dog or making your dog, your Emotional Support animal, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. I have done a lot of research on this topic. Talk to your doctor to find out if an Emotional Support Animal is right for you.
